How to identify the quality of anti-theft labels?

The anti-theft tag is an important part of the entire EAS electronic anti-theft system. The performance of the anti-theft tag affects the anti-theft performance of the entire anti-theft system.
Some labels are susceptible to moisture; cannot be bent; others can be easily concealed in the product box; or will cover useful explanatory text on the product, and so on.
Anti-theft hard label (the main components of the anti-theft hard label are the lock head and the coil):
First, the lock:
Independent lock heads. Generally, the manufacturer of such independent lock heads will go to other manufacturers specializing in independent lock heads to take ready-made lock heads for processing. Because many independent lock head manufacturers are very small in scale, the processing environment is relatively harsh. . For the most important part of the anti-theft hard tag, the requirements for the lock head are relatively strict, which directly affects its future use, whether it can be unlocked smoothly and the life of the lock head. In the independent lock head, it is often seen that due to the harsh processing environment or the use of inferior iron beads that are easy to rust, there are too many impurities in it or rust adhesion, which makes the lock unable to be opened and eventually damages the product.
Second, the coil:

The coil is also the core component that is related to the good or bad of the whole anti-theft system. The coil is actually an LC oscillator circuit. In order to reduce the cost of inferior labels, the original copper wire will be changed to copper-clad aluminum wire or directly used to reduce the cost. Therefore, this kind of label is susceptible to moisture oxidation and affects the service life. In the process of label processing, there will be a process in which the label is glued with an ultrasonic machine. There will be a momentary high temperature. Inferior labels generally use plastic-wrapped wires. The melting point of plastic is very low, so the coil is easily melted and short-circuited during the ultrasonic process, which directly affects the yield of the product.
